6. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipments are usually delivered within 5–10 business days. International delivery times may vary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Nena Botero is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days for items in original condition.
Certain items (Fine Jewelry, custom orders, discounted items) are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 6 months. This covers defects in material or workmanship, not damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear. Fine Jewelry items have lifetime coverage on material quality. Stones lost due to manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nena Botero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products, including delays, lost shipments, or misuse of products.
